Fit Intuit clients are provided with high quality, personalized training focusing on body mechanics and integrative movement. Programs are continually written for each individual client based on his or her own needs and progress. No “one-size-fits all”: each body is unique with different requirements, restrictions, and abilities so a training strategy must be implemented to achieve specific client outcomes. If you are looking for premiere personal training in Bozeman, Fit Intuit is right for you! 

The private studio is ideal for those who are uncomfortable in a gym, don’t have the room or equipment to train at home, or who just enjoy a completely personalized training environment . No gym membership dues, and no gym environment-the client can bring their own music, temperature is adjusted to suit each individual, and there are no distractions or intrusions during the session-all adding to the studio appeal.

Nutritional Counseling:

With today’s busy lifestyles, diet is a component of wellness that often get’s put on the back burner (pun intended)! Nutritional Counseling does not include meal planning or following fad diets. Instead we will focus on your over-all eating program and see where changes can be made. Often a small adjustment in your eating leads to big results! Whether your focus is weight loss, performance or just having more energy and feeling better, Nutritional Counseling can provide the missing piece to your Wellness puzzle. 

Classes:

Balanced Intuit

Balanced Intuit is a gentle mat based class utilizing the Egoscue Method of correcting postural imbalances that frequently lead to pain and compromised function. Through a series of range-of-motion exercises (referred to as “E-Cises”) this class restores function and balance to the entire body. 

Free introductory classes will be offered throughout the year. If you would like to be notified of upcoming dates please contact me, and request to be added to the mailing list.
